An astrology consultation is a one-to-one conversation with an astrologer about your life and your chart. You bring a question, perhaps about marriage, work, family, health or timing, and your birth details; the astrologer reads your chart and talks it through with you, explaining the reasoning as they go.
On Stella every consultation is with a named astrologer whose profile you can read first, by voice call or by chat, at a time you book. There are no bots: a chat is typed live by the astrologer you chose.
A good consultation leaves you with perspective rather than a verdict: a clearer view of the situation, of the choices in front of you, and of the times tradition considers favourable for them.
Step by step
From choosing an astrologer to getting back what you did not use, these are the steps:
Browse the astrologers and open a profile to see their years of practice, languages, specialisations and per-minute rates for calls and chats, and reviews from customers who have actually consulted them. Choose someone whose approach and language suit your question.
Choose call or chat, pick a date on the calendar and a time from the list, and sign in with Google if you have not. The slot is held for 15 minutes while you pay through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and more) or from your Stella wallet.
A confirmation email follows, with reminder emails before the session. The booking appears on your bookings page, where you can cancel it any time before it starts.
At the appointed time, open your bookings page: Join call opens the voice call in your browser, Open chat opens the chat window. There is no app to install. Voice calls are not recorded; a chat stays with your booking so you can read it again later.
Calls and chats are charged per minute at the rate fixed when you book. At booking you pay the most the session can cost; afterwards Stella charges only for the time actually used and returns the rest automatically shortly after the session closes, the way you paid.
A call counts only the time you were both connected, and a call of under two minutes together is not charged. A chat’s meter starts with the astrologer’s first message, and long silences are not charged beyond two minutes. If your astrologer never joins, the whole payment comes back.
Choosing a format
Both formats reach the same astrologers and are charged the same way, often at different rates. Choose the one that suits you:
Voice call: a flowing conversation, good for follow-up questions and for people who think aloud. Use an up-to-date browser, allow the microphone and find a quiet place.
Chat: a typed conversation, good if you like to think as you type, want a written record, or cannot speak freely where you are. The screen shows the rate, the running cost and your maximum throughout.
Before you talk
A little preparation makes the minutes count:
Have your birth details ready: date, exact time and place of birth. If the time is uncertain, say so.
Write down one or two questions: clear questions get clearer answers: “What should I keep in mind about a job change this year?” rather than “Tell me everything.”
Ask for the reasoning: a good astrologer explains which parts of the chart they are reading, and why.
Keep decisions yours: astrology describes tendencies within a tradition. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and no one should pressure you into paying for remedies.
