From choosing an astrologer to joining your call or chat — and what you pay.

1. Choose your astrologer
Browse all astrologers, read their profiles and reviews from customers whose consultations took place, and choose a call or a chat.
2. Pick a time
Sign in with Google, then choose a day and a time. Times are in India Standard Time. The time is held for you for 15 minutes while you pay.
3. Pay the most it can cost
You pay the rate multiplied by the maximum length, less any free minutes on offer, by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay, or from your Stella wallet. You will only be charged for the minutes you use; the rest comes back automatically after the consultation.
4. Prepare
Have your question and birth details ready, find a quiet place and check your connection. You will get a confirmation email and reminders.
5. Join
At the time, open My account and press Join call or Open chat. For a call, allow your browser to use the microphone. Calls are not recorded.
6. Afterwards
The unused part of your payment comes back automatically, your receipt is in your account, and you are invited to leave a review. You can move a booking up to 2 hours before it starts, up to 3 times.
