About Stella

Stella Astrology Private Limited connects you with named, human astrologers for scheduled consultations by voice call or chat. In a chat you are always writing to a real astrologer, never to software. Stella also offers free tools — Kundli, Kundli Matching and Panchang — calculated by Stella’s own software.

Astrologers give their own interpretations. They are not statements or guarantees by Stella.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with your Google account; Stella holds no password for you. Keep your Google account secure, and do not use someone else’s.

The nature of astrology

Astrology, tarot, numerology and Vaastu are interpretive traditions. They do not guarantee events or outcomes, and do not replace medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Decisions you make remain yours.

How consultations are charged

Calls and chats are both charged by the minute, at the astrologer’s rate shown before you book. The rate is fixed for your booking.

• When you book, you pay the most the consultation can cost: the rate multiplied by its maximum length, less any free minutes on offer.
• A call is charged for the time you and the astrologer were both connected, rounded up to a whole minute once. Under two minutes together costs nothing.
• A chat is charged from the astrologer’s first message, rounded up once at the end; silence beyond two minutes is not charged.
• The unused part comes back to you automatically, the way you paid, a few minutes after the consultation closes. If the astrologer never joins, everything comes back.

The Stella wallet

Where offered, you can add money to a Stella wallet by card and pay for consultations from it. Money returned from a wallet payment goes back to the wallet. Your balance and every entry are shown in your account.

Reviews

After a consultation that took place, you can rate it and write a review within 30 days. It appears on the astrologer’s profile with your first name and last initial, or anonymously if you choose. You can change it within the 30 days and delete it at any time. Stella hides a review only for a listed reason, such as abuse or personal information, and never edits your words.

Respectful use

Do not harass astrologers or customers, impersonate anyone, share another person’s details without permission, or move a consultation or payment outside Stella.

Leaving

You can delete your account yourself from your account page. See the privacy policy for what is deleted and what the law makes us keep.

Questions and complaints

Write to guruji@stellaastro.com, or use Help in your account. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. Nothing on this page limits your rights under consumer law.
